Andrew Dicker

When I launched GEO in 2009, the aim was very clear, to produce the best work for the best people. Since then, that vision has remained consistent. I’m incredibly proud of the bold and unique work we create every day, but my greatest source of pride comes from the trusted relationships we’ve built and our single-minded commitment to doing it with a smile on our faces.

In 2025, I took on my greatest challenge yet. Fourteen years after my son Jacob was born, I experienced the birth of my beautiful daughter, Charlotte. With the proudest big brother on the planet and her mum, Caroline our talented creative force leading the Socials team, GEO is now a family business in every sense of the word.

If I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me in the gym, the dojo or (hopefully) at a gig. Away from family life and the studio, I’m a black belt in judo with a love of a good sweat whether that’s on a HIIT mat or a dance floor. I’ve always believed in working hard and living life to the full.
